Festias Villas
| "Festias Villas" (for 4 to 6 people) is a group of five independent residences for holidays, that is located about 800 m from Kalamaki. It is built at the foot of a quiet hill with amazing view on the mountain, the sea and the sunset. |

Each villa has two floors with two bedrooms, a big bathroom with hydro massage, home – spa and hair-dryer, a second bathroom, a kitchen completely equipped and a living room with a fireplace. There is air condition (refrigeration-heating), TV satellite, DVD, hi-fi system, washing machine, microwave, electric iron, safe and barbeque. |

Each villa is surrounded by a garden of 800 m², it has a private swimming-pool with hydro massage, children’s swimming-pool, playground and private parking. |
